Study Advice – Applying to UK institutions

There are various ways of applying to UK institutions for different educational levels.

1: Schools – UK schools normally email their registration forms to students if they consider students for the level applying after assessing their school and related school performance reports.

2: Colleges – Students can apply to UK state or independent colleges for post-16 or even undergraduate levels using their direct application forms. Students will need to provide school reports, higher education transcripts, reference letters, personal statement or any additional award they wish to submit with their applications.

3: Universities – The normal application for undergraduate courses is via www.ucas.com . Some universities may use their direct application form but need to find out first.

For postgraduate courses, universities will require students applying via online. Some universities will use their direct applications format. Some will apply via www.ukpass.com (ucas master application route).
